Project Overview

We are implementing a new cloud-based Quality Document Management System to replace our current on-premises solution. The Business Analyst will support this project by gathering and analyzing requirements, writing user stories, supporting testing, and helping plan the system migration.

This project follows an Agile SCRUM approach and uses Azure DevOps to manage tasks and track progress. The Business Analyst will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure the solution meets all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Process Improvement

• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Propose and support implementation of technology solutions to enhance productivity.
• Create process models and documentation to support proposed changes.

Solution Design and Implementation

• Partner with IT teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

Project Management Support

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support change management and adoption of new systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with SDLC and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel, and similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
• Experience with IT systems integration or quality management systems.
