Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to validate solutions and ensure requirements are met.
• Support testing efforts by developing test cases, coordinating UAT, and validating system functionality.
• Identify project risks, gaps, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities, providing recommendations and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to best practices, templates, and documentation standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with Agile teams, and proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions.
