Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the Application Services team. The role includes analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting testing and user acceptance to ensure IT solutions align with business goals.

Local candidates only; hybrid work environment with onsite 2 days a week. First round interview by webcam, second round onsite. Visa support available for IT roles; OPT/CPT not accepted at this time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementing process re-engineering, developing business requirements, use cases and test scripts using industry accepted practices.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and needs assessments
• Possess high level understanding of information technology concepts as well as the SDLC methodology.
• Experience organizing and facilitating application testing and user acceptance testing

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, conducts business process analyses and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives.
• Supports analytical functions by assisting programmers in ascertaining user needs and adapting user procedures to final program design.
• Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business community's needs are met.
• Acts as second and third level support for Production incidents
• Facilitate troubleshooting, both internally and externally with vendors, and close out of reported issues for multiple applications.
• Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
