Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst in Merrimack, NH to define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and ongoing projects. You will perform data analysis, identify issues, and propose modifications to the functional solution to improve system design.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and experience with Agile methods. The role includes test planning, validation activities, training materials, and collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of Fidelity's end-to-end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired
• In-depth understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
• Strong organizational, time management, facilitation, and prioritization skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process
• Demonstrates strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
• Ability to develop, follow, and execute documented procedures
• Experience in Agile preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on the development, execution, and transition of interim needs
• Performs root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
• Performs data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
• Crafts training and reference materials for participant services
• Participates in Procedure Improvement Initiatives
• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
