Job summary

Kforce has a client seeking a Systems Analyst in Durham, NC who will partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, analyze systems, and document specifications. You will translate needs into user stories, support API integration, and lead end-to-end technology initiatives from planning to deployment.

The role requires strong Agile experience, cross-functional collaboration, and solid knowledge of SQL databases, with responsibility for delivery, risk management, and KPI reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, or relational databases
• Experience supporting QA and testing lifecycle activities
• Experience managing technology projects or product deliveries
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar ALM tools
• Knowledge of web and mobile application architectures
• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and data flows
• Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail
• Ability to diagram workflows using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar

Nice To Have

• Technical background in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience with frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with QA automation frameworks
• Exposure to financial services or digital platforms domain

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
