Job summary

Kforce is seeking a data analytics professional to define high-value business questions across revenue, pricing, customers, sales, and profitability. You will build analytics, AI, and automation workflows that improve speed, accuracy, productivity, and decision quality.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and leadership to translate analysis into clear actions and measurable outcomes, standardize key metrics, and document repeatable workflows for sustained use.

Responsibilities

• Define the highest-value business questions across revenue, pricing, customers, sales, operations, and profitability


• Build practical analytics, AI, and automation workflows that improve speed, accuracy, productivity, and decision quality


• Analyze revenue trends, pricing performance, customer behavior, retention risk, sales activity, margin drivers, and growth opportunities


• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, and leadership to translate analysis into clear actions and measurable outcomes


• Help standardize key metrics, reporting, and performance reviews so leaders are working from trusted information


• Document repeatable workflows so the business can use and maintain them without relying on one person

Measures of Success

• Leaders use trusted, timely information to make better commercial, financial, and operating decisions


• AI and automation work is tied to real business needs, adopted by users, and measured by time saved, accuracy improved, or decisions improved


• Revenue, pricing, customer, sales, margin, and profitability reviews become clearer, faster, and more actionable


• The business reduces manual work and creates repeatable tools that can be maintained without constant outside support

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed


• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
