Kforce Inc. is recruiting an Operations Analyst Manager in Moreno Valley, CA. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence to guide strategic decisions.

You will lead a team of analysts, develop models, and deliver actionable reporting across finance and operations. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and KPI monitoring with Power BI dashboards and ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience supporting both financial and operational functions.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Understanding of GAAP financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling.
• SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
