Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is seeking an IT UAT Analyst to ensure that software enhancements and system changes meet business requirements through comprehensive UAT, validation, and defect management. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to validate solutions and support adoption of new functionality.

Responsibilities include building test plans, executing end-to-end tests, managing defects in Jira, and producing release documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing or Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Experience testing enterprise business applications such as Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools for test, defect, and issue management.

• Coordinate stakeholder testing, document results, identify gaps and risks, and obtain formal UAT approval prior to deployment.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, release materials, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training resources.
• Monitor testing outcomes, business feedback, and production issues to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

The Role:

The IT UAT Analyst ensures software enhancements and system changes meet business requirements through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, defect management, and production release support. This role partners with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to validate solutions, identify issues before deployment, and support successful adoption of new functionality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT strategies, test plans, test scripts, and end-to-end scenarios for internally and externally developed solutions.

This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.

Work Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:

$72,300 - $85,000 USD
