Job summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – CRM / Salesforce to support CRM initiatives by analyzing business requirements, improving customer relationship management processes, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with business users and technical teams to enhance sales, service, and customer engagement, gathering requirements, documenting specs, and supporting testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of business analysis experience with CRM or Salesforce projects.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functional specs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and business process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and IT on Salesforce initiatives.
• Analyze CRM processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop process docs, reports, and dashboards.
• Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Present recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.

Job Summary

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – CRM / Salesforce to support CRM initiatives by analyzing business requirements, improving customer relationship management processes, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to enhance sales, service, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and IT teams to support Salesforce initiatives.
• Analyze CRM processes and recommend business improvements.
• Develop process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with CRM or Salesforce projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and business process analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Any certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
