Job Description:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders across business units (IT, HR, Security, etc.) to gather and document IAM requirements.
- Analyze existing identity governance processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SailPoint solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SailPoint configurations.
- Solution Design and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with SailPoint architects and engineers to design solutions that address business needs and align with IAM best practices.
- Define workflows, access certification processes, role-based access controls (RBAC), and policies to ensure secure and efficient identity governance.
- Assist in creating detailed use cases, process flows, and wireframes for SailPoint implementations.
- Project Support and Delivery:
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of SailPoint projects.
- Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), by defining test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful validation of SailPoint functionalities.
- Track and document project progress, risks, and issues while ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure SailPoint implementations meet regulatory and audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI DSS).
- Assist in the creation of access review processes and periodic certifications to maintain identity governance compliance.
- Document and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and documentation for business users to ensure effective adoption of SailPoint solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to address business user queries regarding IAM processes and SailPoint capabilities.
- Identify and recommend training programs for end users to increase awareness of identity governance.
- Monitor the performance of existing SailPoint solutions and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Identify gaps in identity governance processes and propose enhancements to mitigate risks and improve user experience.
- Stay updated on SailPoint product features, upgrades, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
