We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who can partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and work with our data teams to deliver impactful insights.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to understand their challenges and success metrics
• Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making across the organization
• Collaborate with data visualization specialists on effective ways to communicate insights
• Conduct preliminary analysis to validate business hypotheses
• Review and iterate on solutions to ensure maximum business value

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with focus on data and reporting solutions
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement across business domains
• Strong business acumen and ability to see the bigger picture behind data requests
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data modeling concepts using PowerBI and/or Tableau
• Proficiency in either SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and validation?
• Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on reporting solutions
• Excellent communication skills - can bridge technical and business conversations

Nice-to-Haves

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications
• Experience working with data science teams on predictive analytics projects
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric environment and AI features
• Experience in telecommunications or SaaS industries
