Job Title: Workfront Business Analyst

Location(s): Des Plaines, IL
(Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Workfront Business Analyst, you will bring considerable functional product expertise to deliver effective Workfront solutions to clients.
• Your main responsibility will be requirement gathering on Workfront implementations and leading discussions with business teams.
• You will interact with key business and IT teams, leading all requirement discussions.
• Collaborate with leaders, managers, teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders across regions to align business objectives and drive results.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on financial and operational matters.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Projects.
• Experience leading complex marketing process discussions to drive workflow requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Proficiency in computer programming and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, especially with executive clients and sponsors.
• Experience developing practical solutions, methodologies, and thought leadership documents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• MBA degree is an advantage.
