• Wireless & wireline communication billing
• Prepare non-consumption billing
• Coordinating research and resolution for billing issues
• Annual Rental Fees
• Application fees
• pre-construction prepayments
• Identifying money leaks
• Communicating with clients on invoice status of our communication jobs
• Supporting our PMs with their work
• Pole Topping fees
• Ensuring Data Integrity
• Utilize data to determine next steps
• Navigate complex data & analyze it to determine proper allocation
• Reporting, query reports, BW reports
• Process Improvement & automation of manual processes
• Analytical Project Manager to oversee the body of work and drive deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong analytical experience with the ability to evaluate complex datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools, including Query Reports, BEx Queries, BW Reports, SAP reporting tools, or similar reporting platforms.
• Proven self-starter who can independently manage workstreams, take initiative, and keep projects moving forward with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience leading meetings, driving discussions, coordinating stakeholders, and effectively delegating tasks to team members when appropriate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a reputation for being a respectful communicator, active listener, and collaborative team member.
• Experience navigating complex data and determining appropriate allocation, billing, or operational outcomes.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining data integrity and ensuring accurate reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Experience within utilities, telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
• SAP experience.
• Background in billing operations, financial analysis, revenue assurance, or project accounting.
• Experience supporting project managers and project-based work.
• Process automation experience.
• Knowledge of utility billing practices and communication infrastructure projects.
