Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves producing, distributing, and managing technical project-related information. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, construct and implement decision-support applications, and act as a liaison between various teams for application integrations, enhancements, and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, distribute, and manage technical project-related information.
• Analyze needs and construct and implement decision-support based applications.
• Assist business and technical professionals in the analysis and assessment of a variety of business areas and processes.
• Ascertain business area readiness for change to new business processes and identify appropriate implementation measures.
• Develop project team communications to update the team regarding changes and new processes.
• Prepare for requirements discovery sessions and conduct user story documentation with stakeholders and department executives.
• Act as a liaison between teams for application integrations, enhancements, and development using the ITIL process.
• Compose correspondence and technical documents as necessary for selected projects.
• Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4-7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Must have general experience creating user stories.

Technical Skills

Some technical writing experience is ideal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred experience with Azure DevOps for creating user stories.
