Job summary

Visionaire Partners seeks a mid-senior Business Analyst in Atlanta for a 12+ month contract with hybrid work (3 days in office). You will lead gap analyses across systems, APIs, and data flows, map current to future state, and facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL, OpenSearch, and Angular hydration is required, with experience in multi-platform environments. Authorized to work in the US is required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst (mid-senior level).
• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, service layers, system connectivity, and query behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive gap analysis across systems, APIs, platforms, workflows, and data flows to map current versus future state architectures.
• Analyze end-to-end content delivery flows—including CMS, translation systems, and omnichannel layers—evaluating SSR vs. client-side rendering impacts on data accuracy and performance.
• Audit API behavior (REST/GraphQL), search patterns (OpenSearch), and frontend behavior (Angular hydration) to resolve connectivity gaps.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to define integration nuances and dependencies.
• Identify integration risks and data inconsistencies, and partner with engineering and QA to ensure test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive gap analysis across complex systems, APIs, platforms, workflows, and data flows to map current versus future state architectures.
• Analyze end-to-end content delivery flows—including CMS, translation systems, and omnichannel layers—evaluating SSR vs. client-side rendering impacts on data accuracy and performance.
• Audit API behavior (REST/GraphQL), search engine query patterns (OpenSearch), and frontend application behavior (Angular hydration and caching) to resolve connectivity and configuration gaps.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to define integration nuances, account for edge cases, and uncover critical system dependencies.
• Identify integration risks and data inconsistencies, manage escalations, and partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage across failure paths and delivery mechanisms.

This is a 12+ month contract with a possibility to extend or convert to direct-hire. Work a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, 3 days in office.

Required Skills

• Hands-on familiarity with web application architecture, OpenSearch query patterns, Angular hydration behavior, and rendering models (SSR vs. client-side).
• Proven ability to map current vs. future state and analyze end-to-end data flows across complex, multi-platform environments (CMS, CDNs, caching layers, and third-party systems).
• Track record of identifying root causes behind data flow breakdowns, content delivery issues, caching inconsistencies, and environment discrepancies.
• Ability to independently drive analysis workstreams in ambiguous environments, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and deliver clear, structured requirement documentation.
