Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5–8 years BA experience.
• Strong experience with gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, and interconnected platforms.
• Understanding of Angular, SSR, caching, CDN, or similar web technologies.
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state processes, system interactions, dependencies, and integration points.
• Analyze REST and GraphQL APIs, including request/response behavior, schemas, and data flow.
• Work with web applications and technologies such as Angular, SSR, caching, CDN.
• Analyze OpenSearch or similar search/indexing platforms and identify search or data inconsistencies.
• Evaluate integrations across enterprise platforms, CMS, translation systems, APIs, and delivery layers.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to validate system behavior and resolve gaps.
• Facilitate requirements and discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support testing by identifying integration scenarios, dependencies, edge cases, and failure paths.
• Document risks, issues, requirements, workflows, and technical dependencies.

Position Overview

• Client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to lead end-to-end business analysis across complex enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and digital platforms. This role will focus heavily on identifying system and process gaps, analyzing data flows and integrations, and translating complex technical requirements into clear business and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities from discovery and requirements through validation and delivery support.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis across systems, APIs, workflows, platforms, and data flows.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, system interactions, dependencies, and integration points.
• Analyze REST and GraphQL APIs, including request/response behavior, schemas, and data flow.
• Work with web applications and technologies such as Angular, server-side rendering (SSR), hydration, CDN, and caching.
• Analyze OpenSearch or similar search/indexing platforms and identify search or data inconsistencies.
• Evaluate integrations across enterprise platforms, CMS, translation systems, APIs, and delivery layers.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to validate system behavior and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
• Facilitate requirements and discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support testing by identifying integration scenarios, dependencies, edge cases, and failure paths.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in complex IT or enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and system integration.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, and interconnected platforms.
• Understanding of Angular, SSR, caching, CDN, or similar web technologies.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar search/indexing platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
