Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into implementable technology requirements
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflows, and process documentation
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technology-related risks
• Excellent facilitation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into detailed business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process workflows, and data flows.
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, including traceability, prioritization, approvals, and changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help teams distinguish critical business requirements from preferred functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA, and UAT teams to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Analyze business processes, system integrations, data flows, and technology-related risks.
• Independently manage multiple workstreams, deliverables, risks, issues, and follow-up activities.
• Provide regular status updates and proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure business analysis deliverables follow established standards and best practices.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new business processes, systems, and organizational environments.
