Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on API and systems integration to lead end-to-end analysis across CMS, translation systems, APIs, and delivery layers for omnichannel platforms.

You will translate complex technical findings into actionable requirements for engineering and project teams, driving clarity in ambiguous environments and supporting successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience at the mid-to-senior level.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Business Analysis efforts across complex projects.
• Strong experience conducting detailed gap analysis across systems, APIs, workflows, and platforms.
• Experience working in IT environments with integrated systems and service-based architectures.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and delivery support.
• Experience analyzing web applications leveraging SSR frameworks such as Angular, APIs, and CDN-based delivery.
• Experience analyzing multiple enterprise platforms and SaaS systems.
• Experience analyzing REST and GraphQL API behavior, including query structure, request/response patterns, schema design, and service interactions.
• Experience with OpenSearch or similar search/indexing platforms, including query behavior and indexing concepts.
• Experience with Angular applications, including hydration behavior and client-side/server-side caching.
• Strong gap analysis capabilities across systems, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Working knowledge of APIs, service layers, and system-to-system connectivity.
