You will own the sales process, manage the pipeline in Salesforce, meet decision-makers, and drive deals toward ambitious monthly goals, with onboarding support from a collaborative, growth-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• 1-2 years of Wireless experience preferred.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset; able to work independently.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in sales, prospecting, project management, leadership, and training.
• Must execute the full Sales Process with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• History of exceeding expectations without constant oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Process: manage pipeline in Salesforce and prepare proposals.
• Build Relationships: meet decision-makers and present wireless/wired solutions.
• Drive Results: prospect, present, and close deals toward monthly goals.
• Stay Sharp: participate in training and stay updated on promos and products.
• Collaborate & Connect: join virtual funnel reviews with leader and teammates.
• Engage in the Community: attend local events to represent BeMobile.
• Deliver Excellence: keep accurate Salesforce records and manage inventory.
