The Bus Sales Representative will prospect for new customers, may travel within the territory, and coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams to close bus deals while maintaining CRM and SAP records.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with insurability.
• Personal computer skills; familiarity with dealer operations software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers in territory as directed by management.
• Travel in specified territory or as needed by management.
• Knowledge of bus specifications and paperwork for bus transactions.
• Obtain Sales Manager approval on all bus deals.
• Coordinate service work with the service department; ensure PDI and add-ons are completed.
• Coordinate with Finance and Insurance providing accurate information to assist financing and insurances.
• Maintain CRM/SFA/SAP records and update customer data.
• Attend training seminars and trade shows as scheduled.
• Act as a public relations liaison for the dealership.
