Nisqually Red Wind Casino in Olympia, WA is seeking a Busser for the Grille to help create an exceptional dining atmosphere. You will assist servers, pre-bus, clear and reset tables, and maintain polished flatware and glassware to ensure smooth service.

The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, plus a Food Handler Permit and the ability to obtain a Class II gaming license as needed.

Responsabilités

To assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant.

Requirements

Required skills and knowledge:

• Food Handlers Permit
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license.

Preferred skills and knowledge:

• Six months’ restaurant experience.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Possess active listening skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
• Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.
• Required to be able to reach with hands and arms.
