Job summary

Nisqually Red Wind Casino in Olympia, WA is seeking a Busser for the Grille to help create an exceptional dining atmosphere. You will assist servers, pre-bus, clear and reset tables, and maintain polished flatware and glassware to ensure smooth service.

The role requires flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, plus a Food Handler Permit and the ability to obtain a Class II gaming license as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist wait staff when needed.
• Pre-bus, clear and resets tables during and at the conclusion of each course according to established standards.
• Set up bus station.
• Make sure all flatware and glassware are polished.
• Cooks off bread at the start and during shift.
• Perform other duties as asked.
