Vivalon Rides is hiring Bus Operators in San Francisco. This role emphasizes friendly, dependable service and safety-minded operation to help adults with developmental disabilities stay connected to essential services.

You will train, obtain required licenses, and work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends or evenings. A competitive benefits package and a $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus support your commitment to the community.

Requirements

• Complete paid training with full attendance
• Ability to obtain (or already possess) a
• Vehicle Driver for Developmentally Disabled Persons (VDDP) Certificate
• within 60 days of hire
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company and insurance standards
• Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service
• Physically able to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed
• Available to attend training in San Rafael, CA, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for eight business days
• One professional reference required
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing

Compensation & Benefits

$26.50-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience and license qualifications
