Vivalon Rides in San Francisco is hiring Bus Operators to serve the community. We seek friendly, safety-minded drivers who can assist riders with mobility needs and provide excellent customer service.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends or evenings and includes paid training. Compensation ranges from $26.50 to $34 per hour depending on experience and license, plus a solid benefits package.

Requirements:

• Complete paid training with full attendance
• Ability to obtain (or already possess) a Vehicle Driver for Developmentally Disabled Persons (VDDP) Certificate within 60 days of hire
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company and insurance standards
• Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent customer service
• Physically able to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed
• Available to attend training in San Rafael, CA, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for eight business days
• One professional reference required
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing

Compensation & Benefits
