Job summary

Vivalon in Fairfield, CA is seeking Bus Operators to join our founding team as we expand into Solano County. You will drive safely and courteously, helping community members stay connected to appointments and activities.

Starting at $26/hour with paid training, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, this role offers stable work with no nights, weekends, or holidays. A $2,000 sign-on/retention bonus is included, reflecting our commitment to meaningful community

Qualifications

• Valid California CDL required.
• Complete all paid training with full attendance.
• Obtain VDDP Certificate and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed.
• One professional reference required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with random testing.
