Job summary

Immanuel Living seeks a dedicated driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for residents and guests across the Immanuel Community. You will ensure the safe operation of vehicles, maintain confidentiality, and assist with mobility needs before departures.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain transportation vehicles for residents and guests.
• Ensure on-time and safe transport to activities and appointments.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA protections.
• Assist residents with mobility aids and readiness for travel.
• Communicate clearly with residents, caregivers, and team members.

Purpose: This position is to provide safe, efficient, and professional medical, shopping, and community outing transportation services to residents of the Immanuel Community.Essential Functions:Be exemplary at working and driving safely. Responsible for the safe operating condition of all ILC vehicles. Deal with safety risks that you observe, and anticipate risks by being constantly situationally aware.Be hospitable, creative and act responsibly in meeting the transportation requests of residents and guests.Protect & maintain confidentiality, demonstrate proper respect for residents’ privacy and comply with HIPAA protections.
