We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our transportation team. This vital role ensures the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, contributing to a secure and positive experience for all riders. We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our transportation team. This vital role ensures the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, contributing to a secure and positive experience for all riders. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and committed to the well-being of students.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Safely transport students to and from school and related activities, following designated routes and schedules.
• Remain alert to traffic and weather conditions to ensure a safe journey at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and school transportation policies.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure the bus is clean, mechanically sound, and ready for operation.
• Supervise students during boarding, transit, and disembarking to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
• Provide assistance to students as needed, including those with mobility challenges.
• Foster a welcoming and respectful environment by engaging positively with students during entry and exit.
• Collaborate with campus staff to support Safety and Security protocols while on school grounds.
• Facilities Maintenance Support :

Perform routine inspections of school buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance work.
• Ensure proper functioning of essential systems including fire alarms, security cameras, and access control systems.
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of common areas, classrooms, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance of facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services as required.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of outdoor areas by trimming hedges, removing debris, and applying pesticides or fertilizers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven experience as a School Bus Driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain punctuality and complete assigned routes reliably.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic violations in the past five years.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to student safety and well-being.

Requirements :

• Commercial Driver's License - Class A
• Air Brake Endorsement.
