Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC) is seeking a Bus Assistant to support safe transportation of children on the school bus and assist with daily operations. You will work with the Bus Driver to supervise children, ensure proper loading/unloading, and communicate with families and staff about children's needs and center activities.

No formal education or prior experience is required for this role, and you will have opportunities to learn Oregon’s Early Learning Division requirements within

Mansioni

• Assist the Bus Driver in transporting children safely on the school bus.
• Supervise children and ensure no one is left unsupervised.
• Load and unload children safely according to procedures.
• Ensure correct children enter and exit the bus and are released to authorized persons.
• Maintain proper seating, buckling, and secure children’s belongings.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Monitor behavior for safety and assist in transitions into the center.
• Contribute to a pleasant and educational bus ride through activities and discussion.
