Qualifications

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year experience in patient care or equivalent on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Participates in nursing care as assigned and per policies.
• Assists in developing and revising Nursing Care Plans.
• Performs routine nursing care measures and vital signs.
• Transcribes orders and maintains patient/unit records.
• Performs clerical duties related to admissions, discharges, and records.
• Ensures patient safety and delegates tasks as directed by supervising RN.
