Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a PRN Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff in patient care. Under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with daily activities, maintain supplies, and help implement the patient care plan.

Must provide proof of continuous enrollment in an approved nursing program to maintain employment.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
At least 1 year experience in patient care or related on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Performs duties applicable to assigned unit or area under supervision.
Assist in developing and revising Nursing Care Plans.
Take and record patient vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Collect and transport specimens and maintain patient records.
Provide activities of daily living and assist with transfers and mobility.
