Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a Registered Nurse for the Burn Unit. This PRN role provides professional nursing care, patient assessments, and care coordination within a fast-paced unit.

You will work with physicians and families to implement the care plan and document nursing actions. The ideal candidate holds TN RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification on hire, and has at least 1 year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program.
• RN license in TN or compact state upon hire.
• CPR and BLS certification required on hire.
• Minimum 1 year recent RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical regime and standards.
• Initiate assessments and collect patient information.
• Document assessments, diagnoses and care plans.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions.
• Conduct patient rounds and re-prioritize care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and staff for plan of care.
