Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years in stepdown/ICU.
• BCLS certificate due within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS certificate due within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and safety throughout care journey.
• Perform advanced wound care, dressing changes, and medication administration.
• Educate patients and families to navigate recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
