Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking a Burn Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to care for patients with burn injuries in the ICU. You will collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, deliver advanced wound care, manage pain, and monitor for changes in condition.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelors or Associate degree in nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown or ICU/critical care experience.
• BCLS and ACLS Instructor certifications within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and environment to recognize changes, manage pain, and ensure safety.
• Perform procedures and medication administration, wound care and dressing changes; monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families to navigate recovery and informed decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
