Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or Progressive Care setting.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and environment to recognize changes, manage pain, and ensure safety during care Journey.
• Perform procedures and medication administration including pain relief, fluids, wound care, and dressing changes; monitor responses and promote healing.
• Educate and support patients and families with compassion to navigate recovery and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care tailored to each patient’s needs.
