Doctors Hospital of Augusta in Georgia seeks a Charge RN Lead for its Burn Center. You will influence patient care through collaboration with the manager and hospital councils, shaping decisions that elevate outcomes and nursing's future.

In this role, you will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, support admissions and discharges, mentor staff, and help manage scheduling while driving quality and satisfaction in a fast-paced burn unit.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license (ADN or BSN) is required.
• Strong Medical-Surgical experience with a heavy focus in burns and/or wound care is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
