Job summary

Welo Data is seeking experienced Burmese language professionals to review and refine Burmese customer service content, improving machine-translated materials for accuracy, natural language, and guideline alignment.

You will perform second-pass quality reviews, calibrate severity assessments, and identify MT quality issues. Remote engagement with international collaboration and ongoing quality reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Native Burmese with strong English skills.
• Experience in linguistic quality review, MT evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
• Familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-pass quality reviews to ensure linguistic accuracy across batches.
• Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with quality standards.
• Identify MT quality issues including recurring error patterns and terminology inconsistencies.
• Provide high-level qualitative feedback that informs final quality reporting and improvements.
