Welo Global is seeking language professionals to support Burmese customer service content quality, focusing on second-pass reviews, MT evaluation, and alignment with project guidelines.

You will review and refine machine-translated materials, identify error patterns, and provide actionable feedback to improve final quality reporting and continuous improvement. Remote engagement of 1–2 hours weekly from India or Thailand.

Qualifications

• Native Burmese proficiency and strong English skills required.
• Experience in linguistic quality review and MT evaluation.
• Familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused, analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct second-pass quality reviews for linguistic accuracy and consistency.
• Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain quality standards.
• Identify recurring MT quality issues and terminology inconsistencies.
• Provide high-level qualitative feedback for final reports and improvements.
