Welo Data is seeking experienced Burmese language professionals to review and refine Burmese customer service content, improving machine-translated materials for accuracy, natural language, and guideline alignment.

You will perform second-pass quality reviews, calibrate severity assessments, and identify MT quality issues. Remote engagement with international collaboration and ongoing quality reporting is expected.

Overview

We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Burmese customerservice content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.

What you’ll do

Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.

Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards.

Identify systemic MT quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.

Provide high-level qualitative feedback that directly contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
