Burger King Restaurant Assistant Manager

Join us as a Restaurant Assistant Manager at GPS Hospitality.

We are seeking dedicated Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to support our team. The RAM assists the Restaurant General Manager in developing a motivated team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include learning and managing restaurant systems, developing staff, and ensuring top-notch service. Performance bonuses are available based on operational and financial results.

Job Duties

1. Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
2. Train and coach team members
3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems for daily operations
4. Implement controls for cash and inventory
5. Set and meet operational, service, and financial goals
6. Maintain standards for speed, safety, and cleanliness
7. Manage food and labor costs, and improve results
8. Maintain a safe, clean working environment
9. Work all required shifts
10. Demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations
11. Provide team feedback and coaching
12. Apply problem-solving skills
13. Follow all regulations and policies
14. Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
