Blue Sky in Garden City, KS is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare buns, toast and assemble baskets according to customer orders. You will maintain a clean workstation, coordinate with grill, fry, and expo stations, and ensure each basket is accurate and presented to the guest.

Prior experience preferred; punctuality, uniform compliance, and good time management are important as you help other kitchen positions during slower periods.

• Prepare buns according to Blue Sky standards.
• Toast or prepare buns as required for each menu item.
• Memorize all abbreviations used to correctly write out baskets per order.
• Assemble baskets correctly and neatly.
• Use the correct toppings and condiments for each order.
• Match baskets and items to the correct order.
• Maintain proper portion control.
• Communicate with grill, fry, and expo stations.
• Keep the basket-making area stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Check completed orders for accuracy and presentation before sending to expo.
• Assist other kitchen positions during slower periods.
