Qualifications

• Reading tickets on the KDS screen.
• Memorize abbreviations used to write baskets correctly.
• Assemble baskets neatly and accurately.
• Maintain portion control and consistency with Blue Sky recipes.
• Communicate with grill, fry, and expo stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buns according to Blue Sky standards.
• Toast or prepare buns as required for each menu item.
• Memorize all abbreviations used to correctly write out baskets per order.
• Assemble baskets correctly and neatly.
• Use the correct toppings and condiments for each order.
• Match baskets and items to the correct order.
• Maintain proper portion control.
• Communicate with grill, fry, and expo stations.
• Keep the basket-making area stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Check completed orders for accuracy and presentation before sending to expo.
• Assist other kitchen positions during slower periods.
