• Follow proper food preparation, cooking, cooling, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain proper product rotation using FIFO.
• Keep prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when products or ingredients are running low.
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation requirements.
• Properly store food at the appropriate temperatures.
• Assist other line stations when needed during busy periods.
• Complete assigned prep lists accurately and in a timely manner.

• Properly store food at the appropriate temperatures.
• Assist other line stations when needed during busy periods.
• Complete assigned prep lists accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive, team-orientated attitude.
