Qualifications

The Bartender is responsible for providing an exceptional drinking experience by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role involves engaging with customers to enhance their experience, managing inventory, and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning up spills.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in the development of new cocktail recipes and promotions.
