Bull Durham Bar in Durham, NC is seeking a part-time Bar Server to greet guests, take drink orders, and maintain a clean, efficient bar area. You will collaborate with the bar and dining team to ensure a high-quality guest experience while adhering to health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bar/restaurant experience, strong beverage knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a bar/restaurant setting.
• Experience handling cash and using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional service.
• Accurately take and deliver drink orders with bar knowledge.
• Prepare and serve drinks to standard recipes.
• Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and restock as needed.
