• Greet and welcome each guest with enthusiasm, using positive language and body language
• Ensure guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive atmosphere and efficient service
• Keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes
• Enter drink orders into the computer promptly and handle payments
• Clean and sanitize glassware
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide prompt service
• Learn guests' preferences and engage with them to enhance their experience
