O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Material Handling Operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within the distribution center. The role emphasizes accurate processing, inventory integrity, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and WMS systems, staging shipments, and ensuring proper documentation and packaging. Training may be provided and safety standards must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and other warehouse technology.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
