Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead the Bulk department, ensuring accurate packaging, pricing, and QA, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews, coordinate with Store Manager, and uphold safety and regulatory standards; daily tasks include inventory, merchandising, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bulk department, ensuring proper packaging, scaling, and pricing of bulk items.
• Oversee inventory, rotation by code dates, and sanitation programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, Weights & Measures, and COOL regulations.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team members.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain clean, organized Bulk area.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing levels for productivity.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Coach and develop team members, conducting bi-annual performance reviews.
