The role requires 1–2 years of retail grocery experience and 1 year of managerial leadership, plus flexibility for nights and weekends and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Become part of a growing, healthy-living brand.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of retail grocery experience and 1 year of managerial leadership.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, packing, and stocking of all bulk foods.
• Follow Bulk merchandising plan and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Manage inventory, rotate products by code date, maintain sanitation.
• Ensure safety/Weights & Measures/COOL compliance and standards.
• Lead and develop team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Schedule staffing and manage store-floor operations as needed.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
