Job summary

ASR Group in the United States seeks a Bulk Loading Supervisor to oversee loading and shipping of product by rail, supervise union personnel, and maintain GMP compliance.

You will track inventory, coordinate with customers, and ensure documentation is audit-ready while supporting finishing operations. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a bulk loading environment with supervisory experience or equivalent military background.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a bulk loading department in a manufacturing setting, with supervisory experience or equivalent military experience.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and union labor agreements.
• Ability to recognize different grades of sugar and operate related equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper loading and unloading of rail cars in an efficient manner and ensure smooth operation of the Finishing department.
• Track product inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery to or from customers.
• Interface with customers in a professional manner to solve problems and answer questions.
• Maintain and coordinate documentation and certifications for compliance and audits.
• Ensure the work area is audit-ready at all times and that safety standards are followed.
• Directly supervise and coordinate day-to-day duties for union employees and enforce the labor contract.
