Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Bulk Loading Supervisor to oversee rail loading and shipping, ensuring safe, efficient operations in the Finishing department.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in bulk loading with supervisory experience; a high school diploma is required, and an Associate’s degree is preferred.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a unionized environment, with emphasis on GMP and quality control.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bulk loading experience in manufacturing, with supervisory duties or equivalent military service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and operate in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Ability to identify different sugar grades and ensure accurate loading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of rail cars and ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate with Finishing and Scheduling to maintain inventory and on-time delivery.
• Maintain documentation and certifications.
• Supervise union personnel and enforce labor contracts.
• Monitor quality and safety, keeping the area audit-ready.
